- Empire Field, Ushaw Moor (includes grazing)

- Folds Close, New Brancepeth
- Brandon Road, Esh Winning (garage site)

Allotment Rent
Please note that from 1 April 2026 the annual rent will be £46 for a 20sqm plot. Prices may vary depending on the size of the plot.
Rent Increase
Rent for the period 1st April 2027 – 31st March 2028 will be £60 for a 20sqm plot. Prices may vary depending on the size of the plot.

The office is staffed from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
We welcome visitors between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Outside of these hours is by appointment only.
